About Rebecca

Warm like an older sister. Grounded like a coach.

I help teen girls and young women navigate the messy middle between who they have been and who they are becoming, with more confidence, clarity, and self-trust.

My why

I know how easy it is to look capable while quietly questioning yourself.

I have always been drawn to the conversations underneath the surface. The ones about belonging, pressure, self-worth, relationships, and what it takes to choose a path that feels like your own.

My role is not to hand you answers. It is to help you hear yourself more clearly, trust what you notice, and practice showing up with more courage.

Bali · movement + becoming

Stepping away from the expected path brought me closer to myself.

Yoga teacher training in Bali deepened my understanding of how stress, emotion, and confidence live in the body, not only in our thoughts. That experience now appears quietly in my work through grounding, breath, movement, and whole-person support.

The path here

A career shaped by change, people, and choosing what felt true.

01

Notre Dame

At the University of Notre Dame, I was ambitious, involved, and learning what it meant to build a life that looked successful while still trying to understand what felt true for me.

02

Consulting

I began my career in consulting, helping organizations and people navigate change. I learned how to listen closely, ask better questions, and turn complicated challenges into practical next steps.

03

Coach training

The more I worked with people, the clearer it became that the conversations I cared about most were personal: confidence, identity, relationships, and the courage to make a change. I pursued professional coach certification to do that work with skill and intention.

04

Leaving corporate

Choosing to leave a traditional corporate path required the same self-trust I now help clients build. It was not a dramatic leap. It was a series of honest decisions about the life and work I wanted to create.

05

Rise With Rebecca

I built Rise With Rebecca to be the kind of space I wish more girls and young women had: somewhere to be real, feel understood, and grow into themselves without pressure to have everything figured out.

Thoughtful + professional

Relatable does not mean unstructured.

01

Coach training

Professional coach certification and an ongoing commitment to ethical scope, clear boundaries, and client-centered support.

02

Change experience

A background in consulting and organizational change that brings strong listening, pattern recognition, and practical problem-solving.

03

Whole-person tools

Yoga teacher training and body-aware practices used subtly to support grounding, regulation, and self-connection.

What I believe

Confidence is not a personality type.

01Confidence can be quiet, thoughtful, and still powerful.

02You deserve support before things become a crisis.

03Your body can offer useful information, not just your thoughts.

04Growth should make you more yourself, not more performative.

05Practical tools work best when they leave room for being human.
